Scott Whitehouse serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Haque Law, PLLC, where he oversees the firm’s administration, finance, human resources, marketing, and information technology. Scott is deeply committed to client satisfaction—not just for the firm’s clients, but also for the dedicated staff he proudly considers his “internal clients.” He believes that when the team is supported and empowered, client success naturally follows.
With more than 35 years of experience as a manager and business owner, Scott brings a wealth of knowledge to Haque Law. He spent 18 years as the Executive Business/Operating Officer for one of the largest personal injury firms in the country, joining as its third staff member and playing a key role in its growth to over 150 employees nationwide. His proven leadership in scaling operations and developing high-performing teams has made him a cornerstone of Haque Law’s continued success.
Scott’s professional journey is both unique and distinguished. He began his career in the U.S. Navy before serving with the Central Intelligence Agency, where he earned an Exceptional Performance Award and had the opportunity to live and serve in Portugal, Africa, and Brazil. His love for homes and design later led him into real estate, where he became a top-earning broker, earned a certification in interior design, and built a successful real estate and renovation business.
Over the past four decades, Scott has continued his education across multiple disciplines, including business, logistics, strategic planning, finance, real estate, and design. This diverse background has equipped him with the skills to serve as both an operations strategist and an employee and customer relations specialist at Haque Law. He works closely with the staff to ensure the firm delivers the best possible outcomes for clients.
Beyond the office, Scott is an active supporter of his community, with a strong commitment to fundraising efforts and advocacy for the LGBTQ community. In his personal life, he enjoys tackling home projects, staying active at the gym, and spending time with his beloved fur baby—always ensuring she’s living her best life.
Although not an attorney, those who know Scott often joke that he could easily play one in the movies. His leadership, dedication, and people-first philosophy make him an indispensable part of Haque Law.
