Emily also brings a healthcare background that sets her apart. A graduate of the Houston Dental Assistant Academy, she trained in patient care and medical records, and learned to explain treatment in plain language to anxious patients and their families. Before that, she worked retail at the Houston Premium Outlets, where she built lasting relationships with repeat customers.
That experience shows in her work today. She knows medical care and records, so she knows what goes into a fair settlement and makes sure nothing slips through the cracks. She also knows people. Emily is bilingual, certified in CPR and First Aid, and known for clear communication and a compassionate approach.
Outside the office, Emily is a newlywed and the proud wife of a U.S. Army soldier. She treasures time with family, and a free afternoon usually means a shopping trip, a hobby her retail years only sharpened. She calls the Houston suburbs home.
