A native of Houston, she has spent more than five years in roles that demand attentive communication, careful organization and a calm, professional demeanor. Beatriz’s background spans hospitality, healthcare and call‑center environments, all of which require listening carefully to client concerns, resolving issues quickly and ensuring a positive experience.
As Haque Law’s Settlement Specialist, Beatriz plays a vital role in the final stages of every case. She tracks settlement disbursements to ensure that clients’ checks arrive promptly, follows up on check status with insurers and payors, and organizes multiple payments when a case involves more than one disbursement. Her meticulous approach keeps the process transparent for clients. Beyond check processing, Beatriz negotiates contract invoices with providers, coordinates with the firm’s billing and records team to ensure that liens are properly managed and satisfied, and keeps clients continually informed as their cases conclude.
Beatriz’s earlier professional experience includes serving as a front desk agent for Hilton, handling guest relations and financial transactions; providing remote customer‑service support for Blue Cross Blue Shield; and streamlining data‑management processes for NAAC. She also refined her time‑management and problem‑solving skills in restaurant and warehouse positions.
Beatriz completed her Medical Assistant certification with a 3.5 GPA in Health Science courses at San Jacinto College and holds a high school diploma from Channelview High School. She speaks both English and Spanish fluently and is proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office and various CRM platforms. Her dedication to client satisfaction and her ability to manage complex administrative tasks make her an essential member of the Haque Law team.
