About
Mansoor Khan has tried more than 200 cases, and he has seen them from every side of the courtroom. He has defended the accused, prosecuted serious crimes, and represented insurance companies. Today, he puts that experience to work for people injured in car crashes, commercial trucking accidents, and premises liability cases, and for families pursuing wrongful death claims. He is licensed in Texas and New York.
Mansoor began his career as a criminal defense attorney, handling homicide and violent crime cases. As a prosecutor, he took on organized crime, narcotics trafficking, and human trafficking. He then spent several years defending insurance companies in motor vehicle and bodily injury claims, where he learned exactly how insurers work to minimize what they pay. Now he anticipates those moves and shuts them down.
He has deposed and cross-examined orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, psychiatrists, and accident reconstruction engineers. He knows where an insurer’s valuation falls short and how to expose it. Every case gets careful preparation, clear communication, and a real readiness for trial. Mansoor takes the time to understand how an injury has changed a client’s health, work, and daily life, then tells that story in a way adjusters and juries cannot ignore.
Mansoor earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Pretoria and his Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary. He speaks Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi, connecting with clients across Houston’s diverse communities.
Outside the office, he trains in judo and Muay Thai. In the gym and in the courtroom, Mansoor knows how to stay in a fight.
