As Executive Assistant and Paralegal to Managing Attorney Mahmood Haque, she manages his caseload, tracks litigation deadlines, drafts legal correspondence, and works directly with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts. She also drives the firm’s key projects and follow-ups, so priorities across the office get done, not just discussed.
Natalie brings more than 13 years of experience in legal support, insurance claims, and office operations. As a paralegal at a Houston law firm, she drafted and filed court documents, negotiated medical bill reductions, prepared settlement disbursements, and coordinated large commercial closings. Earlier in her career, she supported law firm partners with research and electronic filing, and handled insurance claims, lien releases, and collections.
That range is her edge. Natalie understands how attorneys, insurance carriers, and healthcare providers come together to resolve a case, and she knows where cases stall. She works alongside Mr. Haque, the firm’s attorneys, and the case management team to keep every matter on track. Clients and colleagues count on her calm under pressure and clear, direct communication.
At home, Natalie’s favorite title is Mom. She and her two boys share the house with their dog, and a free weekend often means a day of fishing. She loves to cook and treasures time with her extended family. Houston will always be home.
